Pillows
Finding Your Pillow
Pillows provide support for the head, neck, and shoulders. Side sleepers often need a firm pillow to keep proper alignment, while back and stomach sleepers tend to be more comfortable with softer options. Fill materials such as memory foam, down, or synthetic fibers all create different levels of comfort.
Beyond comfort, pillows also affect posture and long-term sleep health. A well-chosen pillow can reduce stiffness, ease pressure points, and help maintain proper spinal alignment. Since pillows lose their shape and support over time, replacing them every one to two years is recommended for the best rest. Using a pillow protector and regularly washing pillow covers helps keep them fresh, clean, and lasting longer.
